Did you know cooking is a superpower?

Food is a powerful tool: it sustains our bodies, brings families together, and bridges barriers between neighbors. Taste Quest’s unique, play-based learning experiences enable kids to harness that power of food, learn how to cook, and nourish their bodies, their families, and their communities—AT THE SAME TIME!

We are serving up some great new content for kids to gain cooking skills at home AND get food to hungry neighbors. Our hope is to release this content first as a digital subscription (New!) and then as a full print magazine.

BUT…we need your help make this content a reality!

Donate on #GivingTuesday to help Taste Quest raise $10,000 to launch our new content and GET KIDS COOKING!

Gingerbread Level: Get exclusive early access to our digital subscription!

Engage your kids in the joy of cooking with our first digital subscription. Each month we’ll deliver recipes, stories, and games to your inbox, designed just for kids (with special supplemental guidance for grownups). Each recipe incorporates story, history, science, culture, and cooking. Teach kids to:

  • turn shopping trips into a game
  • improvise with ingredients (Choose your own adventure style!)
  • clean-up without the chore
  • manage food waste
  • discover the art and craft behind food preparation
  • stretch their food imaginations

AND…raise support for local hunger relief efforts all at the same time!

Figgy Pudding Level: Taste Quest Live Cooking Class!

Join us for a hands-on, play-driven cooking experience for kids and their grown-ups. We will explore new ingredients, cross-cultural recipes, play food games, and make some new creations, all while pointing out ways for grownups to help facilitate the process in the home kitchen. Time and place TBD.
